District 2 Officers

Your current District 2 Officers were elected in October of 2025 by way of online elections. Their term is for 3 years. The Officers serve the members of District 2 of LPA so always be sure to let them know if there is any thing that needs to be brought to their attention.

District Director

Rebecca Fava

Rebecca Fava proudly serves as the District Director for Little People of America’s District 2, representing members across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Formerly the President of the New York Chapter, Rebecca has been deeply involved in planning local, regional, and national events that bring members and families together.

She is married to Danny Fava, a lifelong member of LPA, and together they are passionate about strengthening the community and creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and connected. Outside of LPA, Rebecca enjoys Orangetheory Fitness, sports, and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to continuing to grow District 2 through collaboration, creativity, and inclusion.

Assistant District Director

Arica Bartholomew

Arica Bartholomew proudly serves as the Assistant District Director for Little People of America’s District 2, representing members across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. A longtime member of LPA, Arica has been involved in chapter leadership through her role as President of the PA Dutch Chapter, where she helped plan local events, support regional programming, strengthen communication, and organize successful benefit golf tournaments.

Arica lives in south-central Pennsylvania with her husband, son, and their four pets. She comes from a large family and has a twin sister who also has achondroplasia. Outside of LPA, Arica works for Cox Auto Auction, runs an Etsy shop, and enjoys traveling, restaurants, and craft fairs. She looks forward to meeting more members and continuing to help District 2 grow through connection, collaboration, and community.
